We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your organisation's compliance purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell the Services
• Share access credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure

3. Data Ownership

All data, documents, and information you upload to Ferravision Services ("Your Data") remains your exclusive property. We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We store and process Your Data solely to provide the Services and as required by law.

4. Compliance & Security

We maintain compliance with GDPR, DSPT, ISO 27001, and relevant healthcare standards. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular audits. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of Your Data.

5. Acceptable Use

You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and lawful. You agree not to:

• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Upload content violating intellectual property rights
• Use the Services to harm others or for illegal purposes
• Exceed reasonable usage levels that impact service availability

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferravision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of such damages.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we design our Services to support compliance, they are tools to assist your compliance efforts and do not guarantee compliance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, we will make Your Data available for export for a reasonable period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
